study and practice group
The group meets on weekday evenings, and occasionally for a whole day at weekends, here at Freshfield Street. The evening or day includes guidance and practice on meditation and recitation as well as the study of various root texts and commentaries. At present we are studying "The Way of the Bodhisattva" by Shantideva together with the commentary "The Nectar of Manjushri's Speech" by Kunzang Pelden.
Facilitator: Larrie Gethin or other long term Chanteloube students.
Our teachers visit us regularly to give instruction directly to the group and also to hold more public seminars.
These are held on the 10th and 25th of each Tibetan month and also on the anniversaries of the lineage teachers.
